My Diet Journey Day 2 – Fillet with Rosemary

This is what I had for dinner on the second day. Very simple. Taste-wise…it’s alright. I would have eaten it with Miracle Whip or some tartar sauce with lemon juice but I can’t have sauces…grrr

Baked Basa Fillet with Rosemary

Ingredients:

1 piece of basa fillet (frozen)

2 teaspoon of olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

Black pepper

1 clove of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon of Rosemary leaves

Instructions:

1. Brush tray and fillet with olive oil

2. Combine salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic and brush mixture onto fillet

3. Bake in oven for 7-10 minutes at 350 degrees
